To use our IPTV services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. 4. Payment and Billing
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Payment is required at the time of subscription purchase. Subscription plans are prepaid for the selected duration. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers. No additional fees or hidden charges apply beyond the listed subscription price.
5. Acceptable Use

You may not attempt to circumvent any technical measures we employ to protect our service. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account.
6. Service Availability
While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect service availability. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize any disruptions and notify users of planned maintenance.
7. Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
