1. Refund Eligibility
At IPTV Ontario HD, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with our IPTV service, you may be eligible for a refund under certain conditions. Refund requests must be submitted within the first 7 days of your subscription purchase. After this period, refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@iptvontariohd.ca with your order details and the reason for your request. Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours. Please include your account email and order number for faster processing.
3. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be granted in cases where the service has been used extensively, the account has violated our Terms of Service, or the request is made after the eligible refund period. Technical issues that can be resolved by our support team are not grounds for a refund until support has been contacted and given an opportunity to resolve the issue.
5. Service Issues
If you experience technical issues with your IPTV service, we strongly encourage you to contact our 24/7 support team before requesting a refund. Many issues can be quickly resolved with proper troubleshooting. Our team is equipped to handle a wide range of technical problems across all supported devices.
6. Partial Refunds
In some cases, a partial refund may be offered based on the remaining unused portion of your subscription. This is determined on a case-by-case basis and takes into account the duration of service used and the nature of the refund request.
